A gas cabinet must be constructed in order provide enough stability that the cylinders and plumbing are secure. The cylinders must be secured with appropriate fixtures in the cabinet. The cabinet and any accessories must be made from a nonflammable material to protect against the risk of fire.

The door to the cabinet must be of an appropriate size that permits access to the cylinders and gas manifold, as well as be self-closing.

Full size cabinets that are at least 1.5 meters high should be equipped with a window to observe the contents in operation, as well as provide access to the valves without having to open the door in case of an emergency. Windows should be made of impact resistant materials and should have automatic closers. The size of the window should be minimal so as to lessen the quantity of exhaust.

Exhaust ducts should be made of a noncombustible material that’s also tear and puncture-resistant. The exhaust volume must be adequate to maintain the concentration of flammable gases below 20% of the LFL exhaust contained in the gas cabinet. A gas monitor is an excellent way to maintain the concentrations below these limits.

Always supply cabinets with fire sprinklers. For corrosive gases, coated sprinklers may be necessary. Cabinets should also be installed with heat sensors that are interlocked in order to shut off the gas by the cylinder. Cabinets should also include an exhaust failure monitor that’s alarmed and interlocked so the gas from the cylinder is shut off in the case of an emergency.

People have been talking a lot about T Harv Eker’s Peak Potentials Training programs lately, and it got me to thinking… is there really something to all of this? There are a lot of these kinds of programs out there. So, how do I know that Peak Potentials isn’t just operating another one of those “money-making” scams on everyone?

A friend told me that Peak Potentials had a website that told all about the camps and seminars that were available. So, I decided to check it out. Some of their programs drummed up images of a bunch of G.I. Joes and Janes preparing for military warfare - courses like the Guerilla Business School, and Enlightened Warrior Training Camp; there were others, however, like the Millionaire Mind Intensive and Extreme Wealth that intrigued me also.

Being an avid surfer of the Internet variety, I scrounged up a video of T Harv Eker teaching one of the Enlightened Warrior Training Camps.  To be honest, I was quite surprised – pleasantly! – and I instinctively knew why people are so charged up about Peak Potentials.  He wasn’t teaching some abstract concepts – he was teaching how conquer your fear to experience real success.  By the time the video
was over, I was sold.

What really drew me to Peak Potentials is T Harv Eker – he’s a regular guy just like me; and unlike most of the feel-good ‘Gurus’ out there, he didn’t grow up with a
silver spoon in his mouth.  He was an immigrant when he first came to the U.S, and worked his way up from nothing. Just like me he’s struggled with failure and success – but unlike me he learned how to be successful and knows what it takes to become wealthy.

I had some time on my hands (heck, I wasn’t out making million-dollar deals, was I?) – so I snagged a copy of T Harv Eker’s Book, Secrets of the Millionaire Mind.  Well, I also got 2 free tickets to the Millionaire Mind Intensive in the deal – and I’m a sucker for anything free, so off I went.

Everything that I had heard and seen about the programs, didn’t prepare me for what I was about to learn! I had always imagined that I was rather knowledgeable about finances, and felt pretty secure about my future… and, what I learned by reading his book helped, of course. However, attending the seminar changed the
way I thought about my money and finances forever!

What really hooked me at the seminar is how T Harv Eker talked about the financial ‘thermostat’ – everyone’s is set early in life – and it may either help or hinder you from achieving wealth and success.  Some of the activities that we did at the seminar felt a little cheesy at first – but I just went with the flow, as they help you really experience the material they are trying to teach.  I know my mindset has definitely shifted – for the better – as a result.

T Harv Eker’s philosophical approach to success is simple. So you have chosen to dive into working at home. Good for you! It will be nice to wake up every day, grab a cup of coffee and walk into your office. Roulette is often said to be the casual casino player’s game of choice.
